Where can I collect the motorhome?
We are based in Alcaidesa in southern Spain. By arrangement, we can also plan your handover or a transfer around Málaga, Seville and Gibraltar airports. We agree the exact meeting point, time and any additional costs before you book.
How much is the security deposit?
The deposit depends on the vehicle booked. Your quote explains the exact amount, how it is paid and the conditions for its return. The security deposit is separate from the hire price.
Is mileage included?
Your quote states how many kilometres are included in the hire price and the cost of additional kilometres. Tell us your planned route so that we can consider a suitable mileage allowance for your trip.
What is the minimum hire period?
The minimum hire period depends on the vehicle and season. Tell us your preferred dates and we will check the options and confirm the applicable minimum period with your quote.
Can I take the motorhome to Portugal?
Please mention Portugal as a destination when you enquire. We check whether the trip is possible with the vehicle offered and confirm permission and the relevant conditions before booking.
Can I take the motorhome to Morocco?
A trip to Morocco must be expressly agreed before booking. For the specific vehicle, we clarify whether entry and ferry crossings are permitted and which insurance conditions and vehicle documents are required. If you would like a guided trip, ask us about tours by Dr. Ammon Tours.
Can I bring my dog or another pet?
Please tell us which pet you would like to bring when you enquire. Whether pets are allowed depends on the vehicle. We confirm permission and any additional cleaning costs before booking.
Which driving licence do I need?
This depends on the maximum authorised mass of the particular motorhome and your driving licence. Tell us your licence category when you enquire. Before booking, we establish which vehicles are suitable and whether any minimum age or licence-holding requirements apply.
How is the motorhome insured?
You receive the insurance terms for your specific vehicle before booking. They describe the cover, any excess and important exclusions. Please tell us all countries you plan to visit so that we can clarify the relevant cover too.
